JMCC recognize and accept We all are getting older. Some of us will be caregivers and so of us, we need care. For some be a caregiver can be a real challenge. For some being cared for will be a real challenge.
It is not a "world" many of us, has planned for. The irony is, no one "escapes" aging. You may look "youthful" for your age, but, you are your age. There are health realities, we all must face. We do not "bounce back' like we use to. We do not process food, finances, situation, like we use to.
Yes, to have a better life, we must use every "tool" that is reasonable for us, to improve our lifestyle or life circumstances.
